Ducky Detailing provides professional car detailing services in Ashburn, VA, and Northern VA. As these are services, not physical goods, we do not offer returns. If you’re unsatisfied with your service, contact us at the time of the service to discuss solutions, including reworks or refunds at our discretion.

Late notification of service cancellations significantly impacts our scheduling, results in a loss of time that can’t be recouped, and takes from other customers the ability to reserve the open time. We ask that, when possible, you inform us immediately if you must reschedule or cancel a booked service. Thank you, in advance!
